Where does this kind of question

Hi all! My daughter and I have been playing MLP for about a year and have recently dove into purchasing a lot of ponies. I have a question about the veracity of some sellers claiming their ponies are made by Hasbro. I found a cool Nightmare Moon, she has a glittery cutie mark, but have never seen it before. Where can I ask or look to findo out if it is legit or not?
